Amazingly honest company. I needed a second opinion as the company the home warranty sent out did the bare minimum. Garrett came and gave an honest diagnosis and hope my pool can be saved. He could have charged me for a new motor and made $$$ but I let him know about the what happened with the home warranty company from just the previous week. He let me know to reach back to the home warranty company to fix the problem that should have been addressed to start with. All that to say. Thanks. Thanks for looking out for the customer and not trying to take advantage. While this company can't service my pool weekly due to location in the valley, his awesome wife Katelyn sent some recommendations my way. Garrett did a great job with our pool. It was getting very dirty (maybe algae) and he was able to clear it up and it has been clear ever since. He explained to us in easy to understand language what was the problem and how he was going to fix it. Highly recommend Swimserve.
